Happy 2016 everyone!
I am looking forward to a productive year in beer. The Certified Cicerone test is coming to Brooklyn on March 28 and there is still a ton of studying I have to accomplish. Though I am finally done making my study flash cards!
So much beer information! While I continue to study I will be posting more event and beer news, such as the next can release for Other Half Brewing. On Saturday January 16th they will be releasing their namesake IPA and a new beer, a collaboration with Tired Hands Brewing. Oat Overdose is a 6.5% IPA brewed with oat malt, honey, and Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Azacca and Amarillo hops.
Also being released that day will be Other Half’s latest bottle offering We’ve Been Out Here in Orbit. A 12% ABV Imperial Stout. I have had this on tap and it is delicious.
So wake up early that Saturday and get in line for some good beer to start off this new year!
